  A meeting was held on feb 2, 2021 at Councilor AV Reghu s house to decide on the teams / committees to assist AV Reghu to discharge his duties as councilor and also for the growth of BJP.  It was decided to have a Ward committee for both the wards of Vengoor. (10&11)  The committees formed : Vikasana Committee Finance Committee Advisory Commitee Apart from this strategy to increase BJP membership was also discussed.  It was also decided to have a register of all events, work done, meetings etc digitally.  Meeting was presided by Sri Prasad sri Krishnan Nambeesan welcomed the members and Sri AV Reghu moderated the meeting. Ward Sabha Feb 14, 2021

  Ward Sabha was held today, (Feb 14, 2021) in Sree Bhadra Hall from 10:00 am to 12 pm presided by Councilor Sri AV Reghu and coordinated by Municipal staff Smt Julie Davis. Sri Vijayan (IRS) gave the introductory speech after which Councilor read out the agenda and the various Municipal schemes under different Karma Samithis of the Municipality.  Sri Saji Kumar, Smt Indu Teacher, Sri Anil Kumar, Sri Unnikrishnan, Sri Diwakaran, Sri Jojo Mundadan, Sri Roby Kumarackal, Sri Thankachan, Sri Kuttappan, Sri Nagendran, Smt Philomina, Smt Silvi, Sri PV Prasad, Sri Verghese, Sri George and Sri Harikrishnan gave valuable  suggestions. Women"s Day Celebration

  Ward 10 Vengoor North members celebrated Womens Day, 2021 on March 7, Sunday, in a function orgnaised by Councilor Sri AV Reghu in Sree Bhadra Hall, Vengoor.  Nearly 70  members from Vengoor participated in the event.  Facilitating easy application submission to the central government savings scheme "Sukanya Samrithi Yojana" for girl children below 10 yrs, Honouring of chosen prominent ladies in and around Vengoor and a self-awareness training program called 'Maattam Ningaliloodey"; were the main programs of the event.  Mahila Morcha Mandalam President Smt Anju Ratheesh  briefed the audience about Sukanya Samrithi Yojana.
